What is The PrintClub (TPC) Membership?
The PrintClub (TPC) is a reseller program by Redpixel®, a leading on-demand print provider in India and beyond. To access exclusive discounted pricing, you need to purchase a TPC membership, which allows you to place orders on theprintclub.in. As a TPC member, you can resell our print products to your customers and grow your business effortlessly.
What is Lifetime Validity of TPC Membership?
*Lifetime validity means your membership remains active for the duration of our reseller program. Currently, it is valid until December 2030 from the date of purchase. The renewal fee (after December 2030) will be solely at the decision of the Redpixel’s management team.
I am not a frequent buyer. Can I purchase TPC Membership?
The PrintClub is designed for print resellers, graphic designers, freelancers, and media agencies who typically have regular printing requirements for their customers. With a TPC membership, resellers get access to our products at discounted rates.
There are no restrictions on joining the membership or placing orders. However, if you are an occasional buyer, we recommend using our customized printing services at www.redpixels.in.
What are FREE Samples?
Every TPC membership includes two free sample kits of pre-printed products. These kits help you check material quality and print finish, and they can also be used to showcase options to your customers.
You can order Sample Kit from our website with extra charges.
What is ‘Pay Later’ Payment Method?
If you are a TPC Member, you can place an order instantly without making an upfront payment. Your order will be processed for printing, and you will be notified when it is ready.
Please note:
Payment for the due amount must be made before the order is dispatched.
Orders with a value of up to ₹3000 are eligible for the Pay Later option.
Can I cancel my TPC Membership?
TPC membership requires a one-time setup fee, which is non-refundable once activated.
- You can cancel your account by sending an email request.
- No refunds will be issued upon cancellation.
- If you wish to rejoin, a reactivation fee will apply.

Order Processing
How to place an order on The PrintClub?
- First you should be a active member on The PinntClub to place the order.
- Log in to the TPC website using your registered email address.
- Browse products and select your preferred options (size, quantity, paper type, etc.).
- Upload your artwork as per the PRINT guidelines.
- Enter shipping details and proceed to checkout.
- Once reviewed by our PRINT executives, your order will be processed, printed, and dispatched to your preferred delivery address.
How do I submit my Artwork/Print-file?
You need to create your artwork in CorelDRAW (.CDR) or PDF format in our fixed PRINT template. Once your artwork/print-ready file is ready, you have below option while placing an order:
- Upload your artwork directly on the website.
- Send your artwork via email.
- Share a Google Drive or WeTransfer link.
Please note: Orders will not be processed if artwork does not meet our PRINT guidelines.
What are the timelines for printing and shipping?
Printing: Production timelines are mentioned on each product page and start after final approval from your side. It usually takes 5 working days.
Shipping: Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched to your shipping address using the shipping method you selected while placing the order.
Please note:
- Our working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM (Except Public Holidays).
• Production time: Usually 5 working days (Refer to the timeline on the product page).
• Shipping time: 4-6 days for Express Shipping and 6-8 days for Standard Shipping.
We request you to place your order considering the above timelines. Adjustments in timelines will not be possible.
What are the cancellation terms for print products?
As all products are custom-printed on demand, we do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances. Please ensure you are familiar with print production, color management, and best printing practices before placing an order.
We do offer reprinting only in case of a printing error, and only after verifying the issue. No reprint, return, or refund will be issued for errors caused by artwork issues.
No Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been processed for printing. No refund will be issued for orders canceled after processing under any circumstances.
What important points should I remember while placing the order?
- Join TPC only if you are familiar with designing, pre-press, and print production.
- Always submit artwork using our templates only.
- Ensure your artwork meets our [print guidelines], including CMYK color profile, proper bleed, converted fonts, and avoiding complex vectors.
- Expect color variations between digital screens and printed materials. There may also be color differences between two print runs of the same design.
- We recommend calibrating your screen to closely match the printed output.
