Welcome to The PrintClub (TPC)! By signing up and using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your use of our platform and ensure a professional, transparent, and legally compliant print process.

1. General Terms & Legal Notice

1.1 Reseller Program by Redpixel Printworks Pvt Ltd – The PrintClub (theprintclub.in) is an exclusive reseller program operated by Redpixel Printworks Pvt Ltd (Redpixel®), offering specialized pricing and services for print professionals.

1.2 Definition of Member & Customer – A Member is a registered customer who purchases print products and services from The PrintClub. Membership is intended for Graphic Designers, Print Resellers, and Print Companies only.

1.3 Legal Responsibility of Members – The Member/Customer is solely responsible for any legal issues arising from their provided artwork, logos, or designs submitted for printing. This includes copyright violations, trademark infringement, and brand misuse.

1.4 Prohibited Content – Redpixel® strictly prohibits the printing of any artwork that contains:

• Sexual or adult content
• Nudity or explicit material
• Child abuse, violence, or hate speech
• Illegal or prohibited content

Any order with such content will be immediately cancelled and reported to legal authorities. The responsible member’s account will be permanently terminated without refund.

1.5 Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection –

• All images, text, graphics, and content on The PrintClub (theprintclub.in) are the exclusive copyright property of Redpixel Printworks Pvt Ltd (Redpixel®).
• Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content will result in legal action.
• Members found violating our copyright policy will have their accounts permanently suspended and may face legal consequences.

2. Membership & Eligibility

2.1 Exclusive Access – Membership is reserved for professionals in the print industry. Redpixel® reserves the right to verify and approve membership applications.

2.2 Account Termination – TPC may suspend or terminate a member’s account for violating terms, misusing services, or engaging in fraudulent activities.

2.3 Security & Account Responsibility – Members must keep their login credentials confidential. Redpixel® is not liable for unauthorized account access due to negligence.

3. Pricing, Payment & Refund Policy

3.1 Exclusive Pricing for Members – TPC members receive special pricing for print services. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3.2 GST & Taxation –

• Members must declare whether they are GST-registered businesses during sign-up.
• GST will be applicable as per government regulations.

3.3 Payment Terms –

• Orders must be prepaid unless the member has been granted a post-paid facility.
• No refunds or chargebacks are allowed after an order is processed.

3.4 No Cancellations After Printing Begins –

• Orders cannot be canceled once they are in production.
• Post-paid members must pay the full amount if they attempt to cancel an order after processing.

4. Printing & Artwork Guidelines

4.1 Color Accuracy & Print Variations –

• RGB vs. CMYK: Screen colors (RGB) will not exactly match printed output (CMYK).
• Batch Variability: Print colors and material textures may slightly vary from previous orders due to ink and substrate differences.

4.2 Artwork Submission Standards –

• Files must be submitted in CorelDRAW 2024, Adobe Illustrator, or high-quality PDF format.
• Convert all fonts to curves/outlines to prevent missing fonts.
• Convert RGB elements to CMYK before submission. Auto-conversion may cause color changes.
• Avoid complex vectors or effects that could cause printing errors. Convert intricate designs into 300 DPI bitmap if needed.

4.3 Authorization of Printing – By submitting artwork, members authorize TPC to print as per their provided design. TPC is not responsible for errors in submitted files.

5. Order Processing, Delivery & Liability

5.1 Turnaround Time – Production timelines vary based on order size and complexity. TPC will provide estimated timelines but is not liable for unforeseen delays.

5.2 Shipping Policy –

• TPC uses third-party courier services for deliveries. While we ensure secure packaging, we are not responsible for courier delays, damages, or lost shipments.
• Any claims for missing or damaged deliveries must be taken up directly with the courier service.

5.3 Defective Prints & Replacement Policy –

• If an order has a genuine printing defect caused by TPC, complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting images.
• Minor color variations, file-related issues, or print variability will not qualify for a reprint or refund.

6. Legal & Indemnification

6.1 Content Liability – Members acknowledge that they hold full responsibility for the artwork they submit. Redpixel® is not liable for any disputes, claims, or damages arising from printed materials.

6.2 Indemnification Clause –

• Members agree to indemnify and hold Redpixel Printworks Pvt Ltd harmless against any legal disputes, claims, or financial liabilities arising from their orders.
• Redpixel® reserves the right to refuse orders that contain illegal, offensive, or questionable content.

6.3 Intellectual Property Rights –

• Redpixel® does not claim ownership over any customer-submitted artwork, but customers must have legal rights to print their designs.
• Any copyrighted, trademarked, or illegal content submitted for printing is the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. Modification of Terms

7.1 Right to Update Terms – Redpixel® reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Notification of Changes – Significant changes will be communicated via email or website announcements. Continued use of TPC services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
