To ensure the best print quality, follow these guidelines before submitting your artwork:

  1. Use Our Predesigned Templates:
    Always set up your artwork using our provided templates to match the required print specifications.
  2. Convert RGB to CMYK:
    Convert all RGB vectors and images to CMYK before submission to avoid unexpected color shifts.
  3. File Format Requirements:
    Submit your artwork in CorelDRAW 2024, Adobe Illustrator, or a high-quality PDF
  4. Avoid Complex Graphics/Vectors:
    Complex graphics and intricate vectors may cause unexpected print errors. If using such elements, convert them to 300 DPI bitmap before placing your order.
  5. Convert Fonts to Curves:
    Convert all text into curves (outlines) to prevent font-related issues during printing.

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Colour Variation Between Screen and Print Output:
    Colours displayed on PC or mobile screens are in RGB format, while printed Colour s follow CMYK standards. It is not possible to perfectly match on-screen Colour s with printed output.
  2. Colour Variation Due to Non-CMYK Files:
    Our printing process uses CMYK technology. Any graphics, vectors, or images submitted in RGB or any other Colour profiles will be automatically converted to CMYK in our pre-press setup, which may result in Colour variations.
  3. Variations in Every Print Run:
    Printing results may differ from previous orders, different suppliers, or other printed materials. Each print run is subject to variations due to factors like material, ink, and environmental conditions. An exact match cannot be guaranteed.
  4. No Cancellation After Printing Process Begins:
    Once an order has been processed for printing, it cannot be cancelled due to associated production costs, manpower, and raw materials. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. For post-paid orders, full payment is required even if the order is cancelled.

How to place an order on The PrintClub?
  1. First you should be a active member on The PinntClub to place the order.
  2. Log in to the TPC website using your registered email address.
  3. Browse products and select your preferred options (size, quantity, paper type, etc.).
  4. Upload your artwork as per the PRINT guidelines.
  5. Enter shipping details and proceed to checkout.
  6. Once reviewed by our PRINT executives, your order will be processed, printed, and dispatched to your preferred delivery address.
How do I submit my Artwork/Print-file?

You need to create your artwork in CorelDRAW (.CDR) or PDF format in our fixed PRINT template. Once your artwork/print-ready file is ready, you have below option while placing an order:

  • Upload your artwork directly on the website.
  • Send your artwork via email.
  • Share a Google Drive or WeTransfer link.

Please note: Orders will not be processed if artwork does not meet our PRINT guidelines.

What are the timelines for printing and shipping?

Printing: Production timelines are mentioned on each product page and start after final approval from your side. It usually takes 5 working days.

Shipping: Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched to your shipping address using the shipping method you selected while placing the order.

Please note:

  • Our working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM (Except Public Holidays).
    • Production time: Usually 5 working days (Refer to the timeline on the product page).
    • Shipping time: 4-6 days for Express Shipping and 6-8 days for Standard Shipping.

We request you to place your order considering the above timelines. Adjustments in timelines will not be possible.

What are the cancellation terms for print products?

As all products are custom-printed on demand, we do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances. Please ensure you are familiar with print production, color management, and best printing practices before placing an order.

We do offer reprinting only in case of a printing error, and only after verifying the issue. No reprint, return, or refund will be issued for errors caused by artwork issues.

No Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been processed for printing. No refund will be issued for orders canceled after processing under any circumstances.

What important points should I remember while placing the order?
  • Join TPC only if you are familiar with designing, pre-press, and print production.
  • Always submit artwork using our templates only.
  • Ensure your artwork meets our [print guidelines], including CMYK color profile, proper bleed, converted fonts, and avoiding complex vectors.
  • Expect color variations between digital screens and printed materials. There may also be color differences between two print runs of the same design.
  • We recommend calibrating your screen to closely match the printed output.
