At The PrintClub (TPC), a reseller program operated by Redpixel Printworks Pvt Ltd (Redpixel®), we aim to deliver high-quality printing services to our members. Due to the nature of printing and production processes, we follow a strict cancellation policy as outlined below.

1. General Cancellation Policy

1.1 No Cancellations After Printing Has Started –

  • Once an order has been processed for printing, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
  • Printing involves manpower, materials, and production setup costs, making cancellation impossible once the process begins.

1.2 Cancellation Before Printing Starts –

  • If an order is still in the pre-production stage, members may request a cancellation. However, approval is at the sole discretion of The PrintClub (theprintclub.in) / Redpixel Printworks Pvt Ltd and may be subject to administrative fees.

1.3 Post-Paid Members & Cancellations –

  • If a post-paid member cancels an order after printing has started, they are still liable to pay the full order amount to Redpixel Printworks Pvt Ltd (Redpixel®).

2. Refund Policy for Canceled Orders

2.1 No Refunds for Canceled Orders –

  • Orders that are canceled after printing has started will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds are only applicable if the cancellation request is approved before production begins.

2.2 Refund Processing Time –

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original payment method.

3. Printing Errors & Reprint Policy

3.1 Cancellation Due to Customer-Provided Errors –

  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to errors in customer-provided artwork (e.g., spelling mistakes, incorrect design layout, wrong color mode).
  • Customers must carefully review their artwork before submission to avoid errors.

3.2 Cancellation Due to Printing Errors by The PrintClub –

  • If an order has a genuine printing defect caused by Redpixel Printworks Pvt Ltd (Redpixel®), a reprint request may be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting images.
  • Minor color variations, material differences, or expected print variability do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

4. Special Cases & Exceptions

4.1 Cancellation for Prohibited Content –

  • Orders containing prohibited content (such as adult content, offensive material, or legally restricted graphics) will be immediately canceled, and no refund will be issued.
  • Such cases may be reported to legal authorities, and the responsible member’s TPC account may be permanently terminated.

4.2 Force Majeure –

  • In rare cases where The PrintClub (theprintclub.in) / Redpixel Printworks Pvt Ltd (Redpixel®) is unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, equipment failure), customers will be notified, and appropriate action (cancellation or reprint) will be considered.
